Dear DGs, DGEs and DGNs on Zones 17&18

We have almost finished the program for our Action Summit in Palanga, and the registration tool will be available from March.

Take a look at the Summits webpage: https://rotary-summit.eu/ and pass the information on and please promote it during your upcoming PELS.

Attached you will find the pre‑registration Excel document.

Please fill it in with information on participants from your district and send it to me, by the end of February at the latest, saved using your district number.

This will be the basis for the invoices that your districts will receive from Dirk Engels, our Summit's Treasurer. After that, the individual registration codes will follow, which we will send to each participant.

Please also use the excel table for your organizational and financial overview, depending on how many tickets you sell or take over as a district.

We have integrated GELS/GLNS into the list. Everything is pre‑booked here. It is important for us to know the number of DGEs, DGNs and partners.

Many of you have already notified me on how many tickets you want, but now we need the registration of the names behind the numbers.
